Before becoming a realtor in 2001, I was a Program Manager for Residential Energy with the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources. Upon my retirement in 1998, my husband and I relocated to Memphis. Since becoming a realtor, I have obtained several designations - ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative); CRS (Certified Residential Specialist); GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and most recently obtained my Broker' designation. I am a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I am also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and a member of the Multi Million Dollar Club.
Because all of us have witnessed a SHIFT in the MARKET, I have achieved the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation from the Distressed Property Institute. Our market is in distress and many homeowners are facing the threat of foreclosures. I felt it was important to acquire specialized knowledge needed to assist homeowners facing these difficult times. By completing this specialized training, I have acquired the tools and knowledge necessary to help distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure and move forward with their lives.
My goal as a full time real estate professional is to provide such a high level of CLIENT SERVICE that I will earn the right to become your "REALTOR AND FRIEND" for life. I am ready to assist you in navigating your way through the market to help you sell your home and find the right home for the right buyer. I strive to go the extra mile to make buying or selling your home an enjoyable experience and stress free.
